Seth was merely on his usual route to work when he found her. She was lying on the sun-baked asphalt, unconscious and dressed in a white silk robe reflecting the dying rays of sunlight. The ground she impacted on was cracked in several places, while she herself had created a small crater with her body. But the wings were what caught Seth's attention the most, causing a smirk to rise on his lips as he neared the vulnerable form.
